- [For EU citizens] The currency with which you'll pay for your plane ticket doesn't matter. You have to bring any kind of paper about your trip which has your name and the cost (INVOICE, RECEIPT etc.)
- Your money which you'll get for travel and Turkish visa is going to be paid in the last day of the event,October 31st.
- The most important thing is your boarding passes.We have to show them to National Agency for refunding your cost. If you forget or lose your boarding pass,unfortunately we will not be able to pay your money back.
- Non-EU citizens participant don't need boarding passes.But they need receipt to show us.We'll use them to pay 70 of your travel costs back.
- In summary;
- Non-EU citizens participants need receipt which includes name,flight dates and costs.
- EU citizens participants and all trainers need both receipt and boarding pass.
